Zhang Yuqing, worked in his early years for the National Energy Planning Commission, then moved to the Energy Bureau of State Economic Commission, before joining the State Planning Commission serving as Deputy Director of the Division of Transportation Energy and Director of Basic Industries Division.
More recently he worked in National Department and Reform Commission and he was appointed as Division Chief of Petroleum and Natural Gas in Energy Bureau, he also served as the Office Director of National Petroleum Reserve Office (deputy director level). In November 2007, he worked as Deputy Director General of Energy Bureau as well as the director of National Petroleum Reserve Office. In August, 2008, he attended to National Energy Administration as Subministry Department Chief for Oil and Gas Division (National Petroleum Reserve Office). In July, 2012, he worked as a Party member of National Energy Administration and the Deputy Director General (a member of academic committee in National Department and Reform Commission). He also took charge of Oil and Gas Division of National Energy Administration and International Cooperation Division.

Ms Li has nearly 30 years’ experience working in the natural gas industry. Her rich experiences encompass gas planning, technology, strategy, distribution and investment management. Ms Li has led the formulation and implementation of Development Strategy for Beijing Gas Group and a series of Natural Gas Development Plans for the city of Beijing. Ms Li has lots of engineering and managerial experiences which she has acquired from the leading roles she has played in both the Chinese government and enterprise. Ms Li is currently the Chairperson of the Board of Directors for Beijing Gas Group.

Wu Zhengxing joined CNOOC over 30 years ago and has been working in LNG business and related works for a long period of time. He used to be Manager of Planning and Financial Department of CNOOC (China) Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch and G.M. of Financial Department of CNOOC Fujian LNG Co., Ltd. He had been appointed CFO, then President of Guangdong Dapeng LNG Company Ltd. before he served as Vice President of CNOOC Gas and Power Group last year.
Ezhar Yazid Jaafar has been with PETRONAS for over 25 years. He is currently the Chief Marketing Officer of LNG Marketing & Trading as well as assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer of PETRONAS LNG Ltd (PLL). His current role requires him to direct and lead the successful implementation of the organizational philosophy, process and procedures in line with the company’s vision and mission and to ensure the company’s long term sustainability and continued value optimization in line with PETRONAS Global LNG aspiration.
Ezhar sits on the Board of various PETRONAS subsidiaries namely PETRONAS LNG Ltd (PLL), PETRONAS Energy Trading Ltd (PETL), PETRONAS LNG (UK) Ltd (PLUK), PETRONAS Energy (India) Private Ltd (PEIPL) and Chairman for Japan Malaysia Co. Ltd (Jamalco) Board.

Liu Jingbo, having over 30-years' experience in natural gas business such as technology, and management & trading, currently holds the post of Deputy General Manager of Guangzhou Gas Group Co., Ltd. and is responsible for procurement of gas resources, market development, investments abroad and the construction of Guangzhou Nansha Natural Gas Emergency Peak-Shaving Station. He took part in constructing the first LNG project in China, served as the Vice Director of the Executive Office of Chinese Party of Guangdong Liquefied Natural Gas Project and worked as on the board director of Guangdong Dapeng Liquefied Natural Gas Co., Ltd..
Dr Andrew Walker is the Vice President for Strategy for Cheniere Marketing. He is located in London and is responsible for the Strategy and Market Outlook of the marketing arm of Cheniere, reporting into the President of Cheniere Marketing Ltd. Until recently (October 2015) he was Vice President for Global LNG, and prior to that Head of LNG Strategy, at BG Group, where he worked for over 20 years before joining Cheniere. During his career in LNG he has been located in Singapore, Egypt, USA and UK and has worked on numerous LNG projects including Atlantic LNG in Trinidad and Tobago, Egyptian LNG, and Dragon LNG in the UK. Dr Walker has a Doctorate in Geology from Imperial College, University of London.

Frank Kretschmer began his employment with BEB, an ExxonMobil joint venture in Germany, in April 1993. He held several technical and commercial positions in his early career.
Following the restructuring of BEB’s business Mr. Kretschmer has worked in various commercial roles in our European organizations and was responsible for ExxonMobil’s short term sales portfolio for Europe and managed all commercial aspects of ExxonMobil owned and operated natural gas midstream assets in Norway, Germany, Netherlands and UK.
Mr. Kretschmer managed the flowing gas and LNG business development activities for ExxonMobil’s Qatar business starting 2008. He ensured appropriate shareholder oversight to various ExxonMobil/Qatar Petroleum LNG joint ventures.
Since August 2013 Mr. Kretschmer served as Vice President LNG Market Development in Houston, Texas. He has been involved in the development of ExxonMobil’s global LNG marketing strategies and its implementation. He provided oversight to the development of several LNG development projects for ExxonMobil.
Mr. Kretschmer started in his new role as Senior VP LNG Marketing at ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in June 2017.

Mabel Leung is currently located in Beijing and has responsibility for business development of ExxonMobil’s LNG activities in China.
Mabel joined Mobil Corporation (now ExxonMobil Corporation) in 1987 and has held various downstream executive positions with a primary focus on Global Strategic Planning and Retail Fuels Marketing for Asia Pacific. She has taken on various international assignments in both Singapore and the United States, ExxonMobil’s regional headquarters and global headquarters respectively. Apr 2016, Mabel joined the Gas & Power Marketing organization of ExxonMobil and relocated to Beijing after spending a few months in Houston, Texas.
Mabel holds a Masters in Information Technology from the City University of Hong Kong and a Postgraduate Diploma in E-commerce from Hong Kong University and is married with two children.
Bernard Samuels leads Shell China Gas and LNG team, part of the global Shell Energy trading organisation. Bernard has worked in the Asia-Pacific Gas and LNG business for more than 20 years, with previous assignments in Russia (Sakhalin Energy), Singapore, Australia (Woodside) and Japan, in commercial roles in LNG marketing, New Business Development, Joint Venture governance and Acquisitions & Divestments.

Mr. Nishizawa joined Mitsubishi Corporation in 1986 and started his career as an oil products trader until he moved to LNG business division in 1991.
Since then, he has occupied numerous roles in Mitsubishi’s LNG projects, such as North West Shelf LNG in Australia and Tangguh LNG in Indonesia.
He has been the driving force behind developing Donggi-Senoro LNG in Indonesia (Mitsubishi’s first ever operator project with Pertamina), the shale gas/ LNG Canada in Western Canada and Cameron LNG in U.S.A.
Currently he leads the Energy Resource Business Division as SVP/Division COO, which covers trading and marketing (including LNG bunker business development) as well as the various oil & gas/LNG related projects in Americas, Russia, Europe, Africa, Middle East and South Asia.
He has a bachelor degree in law, Aoyama Gakuin University. A graduate of Harvard AMP. Married with 2 sons. A coach of Mitsubishi Corporation Triathlon Club.
Pablo Galante Escobar is the Global Head of LNG of Vitol based in Geneva. Prior to this role, he was a senior crude oil trader based in London. He has been with Vitol for more than 10 years. Before Vitol, Pablo worked for BP from 1996 in Caracas and from 1999 as crude oil trader based in London. Pablo has a 1st class economics degree from UCAB in Caracas.
