Zhang Yuqing, worked in his early years for the National Energy Planning Commission, then moved to the Energy Bureau of State Economic Commission, before joining the State Planning Commission serving as Deputy Director of the Division of Transportation Energy and Director of Basic Industries Division.
More recently he worked in National Department and Reform Commission and he was appointed as Division Chief of Petroleum and Natural Gas in Energy Bureau, he also served as the Office Director of National Petroleum Reserve Office (deputy director level). In November 2007, he worked as Deputy Director General of Energy Bureau as well as the director of National Petroleum Reserve Office. In August, 2008, he attended to National Energy Administration as Subministry Department Chief for Oil and Gas Division (National Petroleum Reserve Office). In July, 2012, he worked as a Party member of National Energy Administration and the Deputy Director General (a member of academic committee in National Department and Reform Commission). He also took charge of Oil and Gas Division of National Energy Administration and International Cooperation Division.

Dr. Xingshan ZHU is Senior Director and Deputy Chief Economist of Planning Dept., CNPC. Mr. Zhu Jianying, Senior Engineer, with nearly 40 years of professional experience in gas industrial, joined Towngas Group in 2001.
Under his leadership, the city-gas company that he fully responsible for the operation and management has made great development. Meanwhile, as the Group's SVP that responsible for gas source coordination, he actively coordinates with upstream enterprises and expands gas source channels for the Group, including pipeline gas, LNG importing and trading etc.
Especially for the first commercial underground salt-cavern gas storage project in China, from the planning, design and construction to the current commercial operation, he has opened up a new field for Towngas Group, and made outstanding contributions to the innovation of the gas supply chain in China.

Tom Earl is the Chief Commercial Officer of VG LNG Marketing, LLC. Tom previously served as Vice President at the international oil company Total, focusing on the development of its global LNG business.
After graduating from City University in London with a degree in Engineering, Tom joined Total’s newly formed gas marketing and trading team in 1998. After various responsibilities within the trading division of the newly combined Total, Elf and Petrofina operations, he managed the natural gas option desk and gas trading desk. Tom successfully led significant commercial negotiations on long-term gas and LNG contracts in countries such as Russia, Norway and Qatar.
In 2006, Tom was appointed Head of Electricity Trading at Total where he led a significant expansion into newly opened power markets across Europe. In 2011, Tom moved to Houston, where he was appointed as head of Total’s North America commodity trading business, including its LNG, gas, power, coal, petcoke and LPG operations. Tom also represented Total in its US LNG liquefaction transactions from 2012 to 2015.
In 2015, Tom was appointed Vice President of Development for Total’s global LNG activities. Tom led Total’s most recent and highly regarded global expansion into new LNG markets. This work has included innovative new LNG terminal projects and new downstream asset transactions across the world.
Najla Jamoussi is currently Director of Global Fundamentals at Cheniere Energy. Najla began her career with the company over 13 years ago in Strategic Planning and since then assumed various analytical and managerial positions dealing with energy markets. Her contributions included roles in Financial and Fundamental Analysis, Corporate Research and Corporate Strategy. Najla earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
Mr. Liu has extensive investment experience in energy sector. He has worked for IDG Capital since 2011, where he headed the firm’s energy practice as managing director and led several equity investments and cross-border M&A deals in oil & gas sector. Prior to 2011, he has worked at Accenture and provided strategy and management consulting services for several oil majors and national oil companies. Mr. Liu graduated with a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree of Science from Mathematical School of Peking University.

SHI Yang has worked in LNG trading industry since 2008 and is based in Singapore where he covers global LNG trading business in ENGIE. In the past 12 years in LNG trading business, SHI Yang has involved variety of activities in the whole LNG value chain from upstream to downstream. SHI Yang and the whole ENGIE team aim to further develop its global LNG business including both physical and derivatives, which is around 8.0 million ton per annual of physical LNG and more than 130 customers for hedging service at the moment.
Adnan Ezzarhouni has contributed to the development of GTT since 2001 and currently serves as General Manager of GTT China.
Before assuming this position, he occupied various posts in GTT, including Designer, Project Engineer, Project Leader and Business Development Manager, in the Technical, Innovation and Commercial Divisions.
He spent 4 years as Project Leader in charge of the development of the new generation of Membrane Full Containment System for onshore tanks, and was published as Author or Co-Author of ensuing patents.
In 2014, Adnan also led the new Ethane shipping market with the development of the world’s first VLECs (Very Large Ethane Carrier) that began operation in 2017.
Adnan holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and a Master’s Degree in International Operation Management. He is also graduated with an Executive MBA at French Business School “HEC”. Adnan is also a Principal member of world leading LNG facility standard “NFPA 59a”.

Miaoru Huang joined Wood Mackenzie’s Beijing office in 2016 as a senior manager/principal consultant. She leads our China gas and LNG research. Miaoru focuses on industrial themes (such as coal-to-gas switching, inter-fuel competition, pricing reforms, shale gas), gas demand outlooks and corporate dynamics. She and the wider China commodity team deliver integrated and comprehensive research into gas, coal, power and renewables in China. She also supports various consulting projects.
Previously, Miaoru Huang spent seven years as a senior analyst in Rio Tinto where she analyzed energy trends in major Asian markets and supported energy procurement negotiation.

He got a Master’s degree in thermal engineering and a Ph.D. in Economics. Now he is engaged in the research of energy and environment economics, energy development strategy and planning. He mainly took part in the research and formulation of some China’s strategies and policies, such as environment protection and energy coordinated development of Yangtze-river Economic Zone, energy production and consumption revolution strategy(2016-2030), the cap on total energy consumption in 12th five-year period, the reduction and substitution of coal consumption to prevent and control air pollution, energy planning in the Silk Road economic belt.
