Zhang Yuqing

Zhang Yuqing, worked in his early years for the National Energy Planning Commission, then moved to the Energy Bureau of State Economic Commission, before joining the State Planning Commission serving as Deputy Director of the Division of Transportation Energy and Director of Basic Industries Division.
More recently he worked in National Department and Reform Commission and he was appointed as Division Chief of Petroleum and Natural Gas in Energy Bureau, he also served as the Office Director of National Petroleum Reserve Office (deputy director level). In November 2007, he worked as Deputy Director General of Energy Bureau as well as the director of National Petroleum Reserve Office. In August, 2008, he attended to National Energy Administration as Subministry Department Chief for Oil and Gas Division (National Petroleum Reserve Office). In July, 2012, he worked as a Party member of National Energy Administration and the Deputy Director General (a member of academic committee in National Department and Reform Commission). He also took charge of Oil and Gas Division of National Energy Administration and International Cooperation Division.

Zhu Xingshan

Dr. Xingshan ZHU is Senior Director and Deputy Chief Economist of Planning Dept., CNPC. He is also Secretary General of Petroleum Economics Committee of Chinese Petroleum Societyl, and Deputy Director of the editorial board of the International Petroleum Economics. He was a professor of Southwest Petroleum University, China.He served as Deputy Director of the Center for Energy Economy and Development Strategy, Energy Rearch Institute, and Assistant Director General of Energy Conservation Information Dissemination Center, NDRC.He successively engaged in geological research, energy strategy research and strategic planning work of oil and gas, including participating the national energy strategy research, organizing CNPC’s “11th five-year plan”, “12th five-year” and “13th five-year ” plan formulation.He has a deep research and experience in the field of natural gas.

Andrew Walker

Dr Andrew Walker is the Vice President for Strategy for Cheniere Marketing. He is located in London and is responsible for the Strategy and Market Outlook of the marketing arm of Cheniere, reporting into the President of Cheniere Marketing Ltd. Until recently (October 2015) he was Vice President for Global LNG, and prior to that Head of LNG Strategy, at BG Group, where he worked for over 20 years before joining Cheniere. During his career in LNG he has been located in Singapore, Egypt, USA and UK and has worked on numerous LNG projects including Atlantic LNG in Trinidad and Tobago, Egyptian LNG, and Dragon LNG in the UK. Dr Walker has a Doctorate in Geology from Imperial College, University of London.

Liu Jingbo

Liu Jingbo, having over 30-years’ experience in natural gas business such as technology, and management & trading, currently holds the post of Deputy General Manager of Guangzhou Gas Group Co., Ltd. and is responsible for procurement of gas resources, market development, investments abroad and the construction of Guangzhou Nansha Natural Gas Emergency Peak-Shaving Station. He took part in constructing the first LNG project in China, served as the Vice Director of the Executive Office of Chinese Party of Guangdong Liquefied Natural Gas Project and worked as on the board director of Guangdong Dapeng Liquefied Natural Gas Co., Ltd..

Stevens Zhang

Denis Bonhomme

Denis Bonhomme, who holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin (USA) and a Diploma of the EM Lyon, started his career in the oil sector (Elf & TOTAL). He was Corporate Treasurer in charge of oil and gas assets financing for 5 years in Aberdeen and London (UK), and Business Development Manager in the Natural Gas Department, working on the development of LNG assets in Nigeria and power and gas assets in the Middle East.

He then spent 4 years at McKinsey, specializing in energy and financial assignments for clients in the energy and industrial sector, and 2 years in the retail industry, before joining SUEZ in 2006 as Strategy Director for the Energy Services business line. He was appointed in 2010 as Strategy Director for GDF SUEZ LNG, the LNG Business Unit of GDF SUEZ/ENGIE, then Managing Director and Senior Vice President Business Development Asia for Global LNG APAC, the TOTAL Gas and Power subsidiary based in Singapore.

He is now Vice President LNG for TOTAL in China, based in Beijing.

Kristine Leo

Kristine Leo is the Chief Representative and Country Manager for China and is accountable for the Beijing Representative Office and all Woodside activities in
the Region including offices in Dalian, Penglai, Zhuhai and Tianjin.
Kris has been with Woodside Energy since 2010 after 23 years in Australian Government roles in the Northern Territory and Western Australia. She has
resided in China since 2018 in the role of Chief Representative. The principle focus of Kris’s current business activities is to facilitate and support
the marketing of Woodside’s short, mid and long-term LNG portfolio volumes (including the NWS, Pluto, Wheatstone assets) and manage relationships with
Woodside’s regional stakeholders, customers and government representatives. Kristine and the Woodside team in Beijing also support all Woodside activities in
the region including construction projects, exploration, development, technology outcomes and growth opportunities.
Kristine holds a Master’s in Leadership and Management, a Bachelor of Investigations, Graduate Certificates in Applied Management, Public Sector
Management and Emergency Management. She is a graduate of the FBI Leaders in Counter Terrorism Course and has been a fellow at the Australian Institute of
Police Management. She has recently graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Adnan Ezzarhouni

Adnan Ezzarhouni has contributed to the development of GTT since 2001 and currently serves as General Manager of GTT China.
Before assuming this position, he occupied various posts in GTT, including Designer, Project Engineer, Project Leader and Business Development Manager, in the Technical, Innovation and Commercial Divisions.
He spent 4 years as Project Leader in charge of the development of the new generation of Membrane Full Containment System for onshore tanks, and was published as Author or Co-Author of ensuing patents.
In 2014, Adnan also led the new Ethane shipping market with the development of the world’s first VLECs (Very Large Ethane Carrier) that began operation in 2017.
Adnan holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and a Master’s Degree in International Operation Management. He is also graduated with an Executive MBA at French Business School “HEC”. Adnan is also a Principal member of world leading LNG facility standard “NFPA 59a”.

Gavin Thompson

Gavin joined Wood Mackenzie in 1997, managing the company’s Asia Pacific Energy Markets team from 2000-2003. Between 2003 and 2014 Gavin was based in Beijing managing Wood Mackenzie’s China content. During this time he worked on a range of projects with domestic and international energy companies including the development of international growth strategies, upstream opportunity screening, LNG project evaluation, Chinese provincial gas price forecasting, analysis of the Chinese CBM market, and the influence of China on Pacific Basin gas markets and pricing. Gavin relocated to Wood Mackenzie’s Tokyo office in January 2014 to head Wood Mackenzie’s gas and power research across North East Asia.

In February 2016 Gavin returned to Wood Mackenzie’s Beijing office to lead the overall commodity coverage on China.
