Zhang Yuqing, worked in his early years for the National Energy Planning Commission, then moved to the Energy Bureau of State Economic Commission, before joining the State Planning Commission serving as Deputy Director of the Division of Transportation Energy and Director of Basic Industries Division.
More recently he worked in National Department and Reform Commission and he was appointed as Division Chief of Petroleum and Natural Gas in Energy Bureau, he also served as the Office Director of National Petroleum Reserve Office (deputy director level). In November 2007, he worked as Deputy Director General of Energy Bureau as well as the director of National Petroleum Reserve Office. In August, 2008, he attended to National Energy Administration as Subministry Department Chief for Oil and Gas Division (National Petroleum Reserve Office). In July, 2012, he worked as a Party member of National Energy Administration and the Deputy Director General (a member of academic committee in National Department and Reform Commission). He also took charge of Oil and Gas Division of National Energy Administration and International Cooperation Division.

Dr. Lei YANG is Research Professor and Deputy Dean of the Institute of Energy, Peking University. He is also a member of the Academic Committee of the Energy Transition and Social Development Research Center of Tsinghua University, and the Deputy Director of the editorial board of "International Petroleum Economy". He has served as Senior Advisor to the Executive Director of the International Energy Agency from 2016 to 2019, Director and Deputy Director General of the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration since 2002. He is committed to promoting energy transition, energy reform, and global energy governance, participated in the research and formulation of a number of energy policies, and is enthusiastic about the Public Awareness of energy. He is the author of "The Future of Energy, Digitalization and Financial Reshaping".

Tze San strives to live every day to the fullest. She is excited about learning new things and facing challenges. She juggles various demands at work and home by being joyful and positive. Tze San’s faith as a Christian helps her to be grounded with a strong foundation. Her loving family provides continuous support to her evolving schedule.
She grew up and was educated in Singapore. Tze San joined Esso Singapore (now ExxonMobil) in 1992 and has nearly 30 years of global, commercial and operations experience. She has served in various senior executive roles in the Upstream, Downstream, Chemical and Public & Government Affairs at several locations in Canada, US and China. Tze San was also the Global Head of Procurement for the Downstream and Chemical businesses in Houston, managing ~$20G annual spend with employees across >10 countries.
After spending 11 years in North America, Tze San located to Beijing as President of China Gas Marketing – responsible for ExxonMobil’s fast growing LNG business in China. She believes that the key success factors are to build and maintain credibility, and to be helpful while making a positive impact on others. She enjoys mentoring and networking. Tze San is a passionate Inclusion & Diversity advocate with the strong belief that diversity drives the best results.
Tze San was named as one of the top 50 most powerful women in oil and gas by the Diversity and Leadership conference and selected as part of the 2020 Global Female Influencer 275 list by the Women’s Energy Council.
Tze San holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University and Bachelor’s degree from National University of Singapore. She has also attended multiple executive courses at INSEAD Business School, Columbia Business School and Stanford Graduate School of Business.
She has been married to her husband, Wee Chew, for more than twenty years and they have two children – Peng and Voon.

Since joining PetroChina in 1993, Mr. Wang Lei has nearly 20 years of working experience in the field of international oil and gas trade. He has been the crude trader of PetroChina International Company, deputy general manager of refined oil department, executive deputy general manager of Singapore company and general manager of oil products department. In addition, Mr. Wang has long worked on the trade front and profound understanding and rich experience in the international energy market and also played an important role in PetroChina's acquisition of Singapore Petroleum & Chemical Co. (SPC) and its subsequent operations in 2009.
Denis Bonhomme, who holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin (USA) and a Diploma of the EM Lyon, started his career in the oil sector (Elf & TOTAL). He was Corporate Treasurer in charge of oil and gas assets financing for 5 years in Aberdeen and London (UK), and Business Development Manager in the Natural Gas Department, working on the development of LNG assets in Nigeria and power and gas assets in the Middle East.
He then spent 4 years at McKinsey, specializing in energy and financial assignments for clients in the energy and industrial sector, and 2 years in the retail industry, before joining SUEZ in 2006 as Strategy Director for the Energy Services business line. He was appointed in 2010 as Strategy Director for GDF SUEZ LNG, the LNG Business Unit of GDF SUEZ/ENGIE, then Managing Director and Senior Vice President Business Development Asia for Global LNG APAC, the TOTAL Gas and Power subsidiary based in Singapore.
He is now Vice President LNG for TOTAL in China, based in Beijing.

Kristine Leo is the Chief Representative and Country Manager for China and is accountable for the Beijing Representative Office and all Woodside activities in
the Region including offices in Dalian, Penglai, Zhuhai and Tianjin.
Kris has been with Woodside Energy since 2010 after 23 years in Australian Government roles in the Northern Territory and Western Australia. She has
resided in China since 2018 in the role of Chief Representative. The principle focus of Kris’s current business activities is to facilitate and support
the marketing of Woodside’s short, mid and long-term LNG portfolio volumes (including the NWS, Pluto, Wheatstone assets) and manage relationships with
Woodside’s regional stakeholders, customers and government representatives. Kristine and the Woodside team in Beijing also support all Woodside activities in
the region including construction projects, exploration, development, technology outcomes and growth opportunities.
Kristine holds a Master’s in Leadership and Management, a Bachelor of Investigations, Graduate Certificates in Applied Management, Public Sector
Management and Emergency Management. She is a graduate of the FBI Leaders in Counter Terrorism Course and has been a fellow at the Australian Institute of
Police Management. She has recently graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

CHEN Rui is Director of natural gas department of CNPC Economics & Technology Research Institute. Mr. Chen is the key contributor to several national and CNPC level projects, including China's Oil and Gas Sustainable Development Strategy, International Oil Market Trend After Financial Crisis, International Energy Outlook, etc. Mr. Chen is the author of more than 50 papers published in many reputable journals including International Petroleum Economics, China Petrifaction, etc. Mr. Chen is also regularly invited for attending international oil price symposiums held by NDRC and NEA, frequently consulted by different national ministries and CNPC departments on oil market issue, and receives many exclusive interviews by Xinhua News Agency, International Business Daily, China Petrochemical News, etc.
Dr Andrew Walker is the Vice President for Strategy for Cheniere Marketing. He is located in London and is responsible for the Strategy and Market Outlook of the marketing arm of Cheniere, reporting into the President of Cheniere Marketing Ltd. Until recently (October 2015) he was Vice President for Global LNG, and prior to that Head of LNG Strategy, at BG Group, where he worked for over 20 years before joining Cheniere. During his career in LNG he has been located in Singapore, Egypt, USA and UK and has worked on numerous LNG projects including Atlantic LNG in Trinidad and Tobago, Egyptian LNG, and Dragon LNG in the UK. Dr Walker has a Doctorate in Geology from Imperial College, University of London.

Mark Gyetvay is the CFO and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at NOVATEK. He is an internationally recognized expert in the oil and gas industry and a frequent speaker at leading industry conferences globally.
From 2003 to 2014, he was a member of NOVATEK’s Board of Directors and formerly served as the Chairman on the Strategy and Investment Committee. He was responsible for listing NOVATEK on the London Stock Exchange in 2005, and has led many of the Company’s Eurobond and domestic bond placements.
Investor Relations Magazine has rated him as one of the best CFO’s in Russia and the CIS by winning numerous awards and accolades, and recognized twice by Institutional Investor magazine as one of the Top Five CFO’s in Europe’s Oil and Gas sector. Mr. Gyetvay is the recipient of the Finance Monthly 2015 - 2019 “Best CFO – Russia”, “Game Changer Award – Russia” 2017 and 2018, and announced twice as the Institutional Investor’s “Best CFO” in the EMEA oil and gas industry for 2018 and 2019, as well as Extel’s “Best CFO in O&G Europe” in 2019.
Prior to joining NOVATEK, he worked at a number of independent oil and gas companies in the United States since 1981 where he specialized in financial and economic analysis matters in both the upstream and downstream segments, as well as was a former partner in PWC’s Petroleum practice based in Moscow from 1995 to 2003.

Sinan Liu is LNG Origination Manager for Glencore, based in Singapore. He is responsible of the LNG supply and trading with Glencore’s LNG customers in greater China region. In his current capacity, Sinan originates spot and term LNG supply solutions that meet the growing requirement of Chinese buyers for flexibility and risk management.
Sinan has more than 10 years of experience in the gas and LNG industry. Prior to joining Glencore LNG team, Sinan has worked in diverse international engineering and commercial capacities across the LNG/Gas value chain at Royal Dutch Shell.
Sinan holds a BSC in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an MSc in Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech.

SHI Yang has worked in LNG trading industry since 2008 and is based in Singapore where he covers global LNG trading business in ENGIE. In the past 12 years in LNG trading business, SHI Yang has involved variety of activities in the whole LNG value chain from upstream to downstream. SHI Yang and the whole ENGIE team aim to further develop its global LNG business including both physical and derivatives, which is around 8.0 million ton per annual of physical LNG and more than 130 customers for hedging service at the moment.
