Dr. Xingshan ZHU is Senior Director and Deputy Chief Economist of Planning Dept., CNPC. He is also Secretary General of Petroleum Economics Committee of Chinese Petroleum Societyl, and Deputy Director of the editorial board of the International Petroleum Economics. He was a professor of Southwest Petroleum University, China.He served as Deputy Director of the Center for Energy Economy and Development Strategy, Energy Rearch Institute, and Assistant Director General of Energy Conservation Information Dissemination Center, NDRC.He successively engaged in geological research, energy strategy research and strategic planning work of oil and gas, including participating the national energy strategy research, organizing CNPC’s "11th five-year plan", "12th five-year" and "13th five-year " plan formulation.He has a deep research and experience in the field of natural gas.
